FY27 Budget Planning Presentation
Property owners received a notice of proposed property tax from either the Clinton County Auditor's Office or the Scott County Auditor's Office. The back page of the notice provides examples for residential and commercial properties to illustrate how taxes could change when property values or tax rates change. These are only examples, your actual bill is based on your property's valuation and the final adopted budgets.

The 2nd budget public hearing will be held during the regular meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 5:00pm at the Calamus Wheatland JH/HS, 110 E. Park Rd, Wheatland, IA 52777. The board will determine and take action on the final FY27 budget and levy rates during the regular meeting.
