Mrs. Luepker's Employment Strat students worked on communication skills with one student giving directions to their blindfolded partner on putting together the puzzle. We discussed what went well and ways they could communicate clearer. Katie & Cayden were the first to finish.
The Junior High went on its end of the year field trip this week. Students visited Malibu Jacks in Bettendorf, ate lunch out, and then visited the Putnam Museum for an IMAX movie. Our students demonstrated their Warrior Pride expectations and received several compliments about their behavior from venue staff & community members!

8th graders attended the JA Inspire event where they got a chance to participate in numerous hands on activities and learn about many different career opportunities.
Internship and Apprenticeship students participated in a reception Wednesday evening where they were able to share about their experiences. Thank you to the employers/hosts who attended to support the interns. We appreciate your willingness to give our students this valuable real world experience.
