Calamus-Wheatland CSD is asking voters to consider a general obligation bond of up to $7.5 million on Tuesday, November 5.
If a bond issue is approved by at least 60% of the district's voters, the property tax impact would be $2.70 per year on every $1,000 of taxable property value. For a home with an assessed value of $150,000, this would amount to $14.55 per month.
