Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! JH Student Council members showed the staff how much they are appreciated with a cook out lunch! They braved the wind and the rain to prepare lunch and delivered meals around the building to show how much they care!

Mrs. Luepker's 8th grade class ended the career research unit with a "telling the career without telling the career" project. They had to draw 5 pictures (with no words) to depict their choice. Students will then try to guess the career path.
The morning preschool class enjoyed donuts courtesy of the Elementary Boosters. The donuts were their reward for the class raising the most money for the Booster's fundraiser!#gowarriors

The JH field trip was a success on Friday! Students went to Davenport to visit the Putnam Museum. They saw the exhibits, a 3D movie and then experienced some hands-on science activities! They also stopped for lunch and some arcade fun while in town!

The JH track meet scheduled at Northeast, Goose Lake has been cancelled due to the pending weather forecast. There is no track practice after school either.

Congratulations to Noelle on a top 10 finish at the Drake Relays last night! She set the school record in the 3000 with a time of 10:13.12. Proud to be a Warrior!
