The bond referendum for Calamus-Wheatland Community School District fell short of receiving the 60% voter approval that was necessary to pass. As a result, we will not move ahead with the proposed improvements at our elementary school and high school. While we're disappointed to have fallen just short of the needed 60% approval, we are encouraged by how close we came, with 59% approval. Moving forward, we will regroup and work to ensure our communities and schools continue to collaborate, improve, and grow for future generations of Warriors. District leaders and board members will continue seeking ways to address our facility needs. We hope to identify a solution that our community can support in the near future. In the meantime, thank you for considering the proposed bond referendum on November 5.

Job shadow applications were sent to juniors and seniors and fall placements are being worked on. If your student is interested, please encourage them to check their email for the Spring job shadow applications coming later this school year.
