Our secondary students kicked off the school year with some Rock n’ Roll!
The 7th–9th graders rocked their way to victory in the Battle of the Bands, Brady shredded his way to the title of Air Guitar Champion, and Mrs. Luepker proved she’s a true rock legend in our Name That Band challenge. We also celebrated our Academic Award winners from last year—way to go, students! To wrap it all up, the whole school joined together for a fun Cupid Shuffle celebration in honor of Mrs. Muhs.#RockingIntoTheNewYear #WarriorProud

As we start the students first day of school, we want to thank our friends at the Iowa Coffee Cup and our neighbors at Christian Free Lutheran Church for fueling up our staff with coffee/drinks and breakfast at the staff's first day of in-service last Wednesday.

The Calamus-Wheatland District has updated only one of the Wheatland elementary shuttle bus afternoon bus drop-off location. Starting this school year, students will be dropped off at the W. Lincoln Way/Williams intersection instead of City Park. All other stops remain the same. Please contact the elementary office with any questions.
